Manu joined Guided Solutions in 2024 with 26 years of executive search and recruitment experience in life sciences. Throughout his career, he has been a strategic partner to a wide range of organisations, from start-ups and medium-sized established organisations to large global ones. 

He believes that in an entirely people-orientated business, it’s always been crucial to get the basics right for all your stakeholders, conduct oneself to the highest standards, communicate with transparency, honesty and empathy, and go out of your way to deliver for candidates, clients and colleagues. 

Whether it’s a leader hiring an additional team member, or a candidate taking on a new role, Manu understands that taking on a new challenge can be daunting and emotionally demanding..  

As a valuable partner, he helps both parties beyond the recruitment process, smooth the transition and adds value beyond the transaction or placement, creating a great experience that gets the engagement off to a great start. 

In his role, Many drives our strategy and growth in Switzerland. Originally from the Home Counties in England, his entire family has called Basel and Switzerland our home since 2011.
