Siemens Healthineers launch Cardio dashboard app

Healthineers said today it launched the Cardio dashboard application in its Siemens Healthineers cloud-based network of applications.

The new application is designed to aid cardiology departments in understanding their performance and status, using actionable data to help identify starting points for planning and allocating resources to improve both patient flow and physician efficiency.

The Cardio dashboard application is designed to collect, combine and process data from DICOM and non-DICOM sources for a better view of a department’s performance, resources and status, Siemens said.

“The teamplay Cardio dashboard application uniquely allows Siemens Healthineers customers to proactively monitor areas that need improvement in their cardiology departments’ workflows and learn from their own best practices. In leveraging digital technologies such as teamplay Cardio, we can help customers transform their delivery of care to ultimately cultivate better experiences for their patients,” digital health services GM Arthur Kaindl said in a prepared statement.
