ImmunoDiagnostics – the global leader in allergy and autoimmunity diagnostics
Our mission is to dramatically improve the management of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases by providing healthcare professionals with superior diagnostic technologies and clinical expertise.
By striving to meet these goals, we can both offer healthcare professionals and patients around the world the benefits of superior predictive ability and earlier diagnosis. But the real results are in better patient care – and in improving people’s everyday lives.
This statement is also an expression of our core purpose and corporate philosophy. We believe that these strengths, combined with varied research in both biomedical and clinical experiences, prepare us to be a future innovator in allergy and autoimmune testing.
Every journey has a starting point
For almost 40 years, ImmunoDiagnostics, previously known as Phadia, have maintained global leadership in allergy testing and become one of the world’s leading autoimmune disease test providers. We develop, manufacture and market complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy asthma, and autoimmune diseases. Furthermore, we bring efficiency to labs worldwide through a complete range of laboratory systems based on a technology commonly recognized as the gold standard.
Our centres of excellence
Headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden, our international centre of excellence is at the heart of it all. The site of our strategic management, administration and business development activities, it’s also the home of extensive research and development as well as world-class manufacturing facilities.
We also have a site in southern Sweden, where development of our allergen raw materials takes place.
In Freiburg, Germany, a third centre of excellence develops, manufactures and supports diagnostic tests for autoimmune diseases.
Recently, a fourth centre of excellence was established in Vienna, Austria, to handle the development and production of assay systems, based on multiplex technology, for both allergy and autoimmunity.
Together, these four centres enable us to remain focused on excellence as we respond to the diagnostic needs of the world.

Many companies, who profess an ability to help with your recruitment processes, will cite their large, high quality network of industry specific contacts as a reason for their differentiation from competitors.
Ultimately however, for all the size and supposed qualities of respective networks, the only relevant detail for a hiring company is how that network translates into a successful employee joining them.
At Guided Solutions we embrace technology to maintain industry links, we understand however, that a network that delivers unique results has its roots in traditional relationship building and the insights these connections yield.
